In the kitchen fresh, high-quality ingredients are prepared in the traditional way with Vincent consistently producing exemplary dishes, attractively presented and offering a variety of flavours. The dinner menu is changed regularly, usually every eight to ten weeks. Lunch is an extensive set menu and Sundays is a traditional Sunday roast. Le Marquis also offers a superb wine list.
